📍 Can't work your claimed service?
In most cases this is not a problem! However, it must fall within the cancellation period. The cancellation period is a time frame in which you can cancel your shift without consequences. The cancellation period differs per client and can be checked via the conditions of the client in the app.
📍 Not able to work because of illness just before your shift?
Please contact the client's contact person. In case it is your first (work-in) shift, you can contact the shift manager.
As a flex worker, it is important that you cancel your shift or pass it on to your client in the event of illness. If you don't do this, the client may charge you a no-show fine!
