Then unfortunately that will be a no-show :(
If you fail to attend your claimed shift, the client has the option to give you a no-show with or without penalty.
📍No-show without sanction | If you have contacted the client, done your best to arrange a replacement and kept the client well informed, the client may indicate that he is satisfied with the coordination of your absence. In that case, the job will be filed and your attendance rate will not be affected.
📍No-show with penalty | When you did not show up and the client is not satisfied with the handling, the client will issue a notification 'no-show with penalty'. This will result in a deposit of 100 euros. If you have worked 10 shifts without a no-show after this, the 100 euros will be refunded to your account. Do you get another no show within these 10 shifts? Then your account will be deactivated for 6 months. In case of a no show without a valid reason, your attendance percentage will be affected.
If this happens, you will receive an email about it. This email will explain what the penalty entails and will give you the option to pay the security deposit using the attached payment link. You will be given two options:
- You choose to pay the security deposit within 14 days using the payment link. Smart! This way you can get back on the platform and work through us again. If you then work 10 shifts without a no-show, you get your € 100 back. In short: win-win!
- You choose not to pay the deposit. You will now be deactivated for 6 months. This means that you cannot work via our platform during those 6 months. If you have not used the payment link after the first 14 days, but you still want to pay the fine, please contact our support department.
PLEASE NOTE You will be contacted after your no-show to check whether you will pay. If you do not do this (in time), any shifts you have left will be cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE If you have paid the €100 fee and get another no-show within 10 shifts, your account will be deactivated for six months.
No-shows are visible on your account and determine your attendance rate. So it's important to make sure you get as few (preferably, of course, none at all) no-shows as possible.
