Having trouble with the TOTP? Then make sure you use the Google Authenticator app. This gives a unique temporary password that is only visible through this app. You can download Google Authenticator in the App Store and Google Play. Here you can view the temporary password by scanning the QR code you received by email.
Problems with password reset email
Did you request a new password, but did you not receive an e-mail? Then always check your spam. Unfortunately, sometimes these types of messages end up there.
