Trouble getting in the app? We still have a spare key!
Are you having problems logging in? This can only be solved through the app. If your password does not work, you can indicate on the login screen that you have forgotten the password and would like a new one. Enter your email address with which you created an account, Level.works will then send you an email to reset your password.
Does the app not recognize your email address? Send an email to support@level.works, they will see if the problem can be solved.
Note: Didn't receive an email? Always check your spam box. It can sometimes happen that the mail ends up there.
