There are a few steps that must be completed before you receive your earnings.
Checkout
After every shift you immediately file your hours. this is done via the app under the heading 'submit hours'. It is of essence you do this immediately after completing your shift, so that the client can approve your hours faster.
Approve hours
After completing the checkout, your hours are sent to the client. In most cases, the client approves the hours.
It may occur that the client has a different view on your hours. Do you disagree with the hours provided by the client? Then you contact the relevant client.
Payment
Are the hours agreed by both parties? Then this will be immediately visible in the Payday app. This allows you to have your hours paid out immediately. You have to pay 3% of the total amount to be paid. Would you rather not do this? Then the amount will be paid out automatically 30 days after approval. Want to know more about Payday? PLEASE NOTE: The past few months have been dominated by switching to a new payment method (Payday). However, not everyone is using Payday yet.
