How does the cancellation policy work?

An order of agreement must be drawn up for each shift. In this agreement, a cancellation period is determined by the client. For example, this could be 72 hours. This would mean that the shift cannot be canceled, by either party, within 72 hours of the time the shift starts. If this does happen, there may be consequences, which are also laid down in the order of agreement.
