Read on to get started soon!
Step 1: Go to the shift overviewYou will see here:
- All available shifts from all clients.
- A filter button for your needs.
The filter option allows you to select shifts based on location, day and whether or not you are in the flexpool.
For example, you can filter by shifts within 30 km of Rotterdam, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and whether or not you are part of the flexpool. This way you can quickly see which shifts suit you best!
Step 2: Choose a shift inside or outside your flexpool
Now it's time to step outside your comfort zone. Go for a shift at a new client!
- The "lightning icon" indicates when you are in the flexpool and can claim right away. You can see this in the overview window of all shifts.
- The "exclamation mark icon" indicates when you are not (yet) in the flexpool. This appears when you click on a shift.
Shifts within your flexpool can be claimed directly. For shifts outside your flexpool, you register first and the client approves your registration or not. Until this happens, your shift status is 'pending' and is visible under registered shifts. While waiting for approval, you can also apply for other shifts in the same time frame. If one of your registrations is accepted, you will receive a notification and e-mail and the other registrations will automatically expire.
Please note: Is your application rejected? Then you will not receive any notification of this.
Please note: The shift status may be 'pending' until the shift starts. So be prepared that the shift may still be accepted at the last minute.
Step 3: Getting started!
If your application is accepted, then the OVO is in force. This contains all the agreements you and the client have made between you by applying and accepting your application. Of course, you can also find the cancellation deadline here. Make sure you are on time and do your best, because then you will have a chance to get into the flexpool and you will not have to apply again, but can claim immediately!
