On occasion, you may be asked to do other work.
📍Flex working
It is of course always a nice way of working together if both parties are flexible. For example, it is nice for the client if you are flexible in this case. Does the job package look very similar to the agreed job? Then in few cases this will cause a problem.
Are you being asked to perform a completely different tasks than agreed on in advance? Then this may deviate too much from the agreement concluded. In this case, you may reject the task.
Are you unable to perform the tasks due to some circumstances? In such a situation, it is wise to discuss this with your client and to look for a suitable solution.
Honesty and flexibility is the best combination in this case. Start a conversation with the client about your range of duties if you feel that it does not coincide with the agreed position.
