What should I do when a disagreement with my client occurs?

It can sometimes happen that a disagreement arises between you and the client.

Should the situation really get out of hand, you are expected to resolve it yourself with the client in the first instance. The moment you really can't work it out together, we will help to some extent. Let us know and we will see what we can do for you.
