What can I do if I have problems with the app?

Is your app not working? Don't panic, we will fix it!

First check if there is a general outage known. 

If you are experiencing problems with the app, please contact us and send your question to support@level.works. Make sure you clearly describe what you are experiencing, that way we can best help you. Adding a screenshot or video would help us a lot!

Things we want to know in any case:

  • What do you see in the screen?
  • What steps have you already taken yourself to solve the problem?
  • Is there an error message? If yes, what error message?
  • Is the app up to date?
  • Have you already restarted your phone and app?
